I'm sure I've seen this discussed before, but I can't remember the
conclusion, and a quick google didn't turn up the discussion.

I'm trying 2.11 on a document with a large number of fairly small
files, which typically print two or three to a page.

In 2.10 and earlier (back to 2.4 or so; 2.0 didn't print any headers),
the title, subtitle, instrument, composer, etc. were printed for each
file, wherever it occurred on the page.

In 2.11, if a \lilypondfile{filename} isn't the first one on the page,
no headers are printed.

Is there a way to turn off this behavior, or to regulate it in some
way? It may be a feature for somebody, but it's a bug for this
particular document.
