The top level (section) names in NR 2 are all done, but I haven't quite
finished all the changes lower level headings yet - problems with git
intruded. I'll let you know when they are done, hopefully today or
tomorrow.

For that matter, I suppose that this is a good time to update the NR 2
snippet lists to match the renamed sections. Could you modify the
relevant scripts accordingly?
Valentin: given all the problems that the LSR change has caused, how
about we let John handle the next update (ie working out all these
things), and then you start doing it in a week or so.
