Yes, that's where PYTHON lives in the build tree, and that's the first line of convert-ly.py. But 2.11.63 (gub2) similarly has #!/home/lilydev/vc/gub/target/tools/root/usr/bin/python which I assume to work? So possibly something breaks when associating .PY with PYTHON (ie: an nsis installer registry problem), or the python interpreter is broken. Can you try to run python, and eg cd Program Files/LilyPond usr/bin/python --help usr/bin/convert-ly.py --help Sorry for the trouble.
