it was built with gub3. Essentially untested. Comments welcome.
Tried on Vista Home Premium SP1:
A minimal run with a file which happened to be to hand produced the
message:
(lilypond.exe:4848): GLib-WARNING **: Passing a non-NULL package to
g_win32_get_package_installation_directory() is deprecated and it is
ignored.
Otherwise seemed to work fine.
