Hmm, that's a possiblity, though it could be that 2.13.0 is waiting
for somebody to update the website.

It won't do any harm to leave it at 2.13.0 since we can always change it later.

A version bump would be necessary for 2.13.1.

I'm not that bothered, but I noticed there's an instrument name set in
one of the FretBoard regtests.
