is there a way to tell lilypond in a bigger score to keep - while
generally
using \removeemptystaffcontext - certain staffs unhidden, no matter
whether
they actualy contain music or not?
The LSR contains a snippet which makes a MultiMeasureRest an
"interesting" object:
