How about instead of \suppress-accidental, we had this:

\accidental-once none    aes
\accidental-once natural aes
\accidental-once is      aes
\accidental-once isis    aes
\accidental-once es      aes
\accidental-once eses    aes

So you could explicitly set the accidental shown to anything, while the
underlying note is something else.  That is fully generic.

Could we perhaps get this included?
