this avoids apache not allowing dirindex in a home directory for some
silly reasons. I now see all the pages in spanish, including the
"Todos" page, which makes me sad because fixing the corresponding
"All" page in the english docs is one of those 120-second jobs that's
been hanging around for about 8 months.
