Linked from http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1344 I can not extract the patch from lists.gnu.org, Gmane or Nabble. Either texinfo @commands are handled as hidden email addresses, or utf-8 codes mix with latin-1 ones, or both.
