They should be in out-www/offline-root/ unless you do anything really weird.

Do you get any warnings or errors when running ./configure ?  it would
be nice if we didn't have any of those.

I'm content to let this wait until lilybuntu 3.

I tried it half an hour ago and got nothing -- but I'm at a university
that firewalls outgoing http connections.  Seriously; we need to use
their http proxy to load any webpage.  I expected that they'd have
torrents stopped as well.
