The only change I can see is in collision heads, which adds breathing room between the stem and the flag (I've attached old and new).
I am not an expert on how much room should be in there - I leave it to someone else to fiddle with the magic numbers in note-collision.cc to get it right. I opted for a little space, but it could be "just touching" as well. Cheers, MS
