My issue-1500 patch slightly increased horizontal spacing in several

Han Wen changed the placement of tremolo bars between semibreves, whole
notes.
I see nothing surprising.
From my pixel comparison.
profile-property-access.ly (actually typography-demo.ly as I've just
discovered - the former uses the latter) used to occupy 3 lines - it's now 4
lines. Don't believe this counts as a regression.
