I'm slightly suspicious of chord-name-exceptions.ly - output
attached - the chord names now go over the bar lines, rather than
remaining
within. May be by design, but I've not tracked this. Please let me know
if
it's intended.
I don't know if this was intended, but if it was I prefer the old behaviour.
