I'm not certain -- check their FAQ. They suggest it turns out to be more like 5 hrs/week, although i think it's about the case when the student is completely new to the project. We can set prerequisites like C++, git and music (notation) knowledge, so that we won't have to mentor people about this (takes a lot of time). Also, we have a nice CG, it's possible that it'll cut mentoring time substantially.
