Actually, this is what I still believe.  However, we probably agree to
disagree, and going the Rietveld route is certainly the safe way.

What exactly do you consider a `large impact'?  A large number of
files involved?  Larger visible changes?

Compared to the size of the documentation, its less than a tiny
effect: As mentioned earlier, less then 50 Cyrillic *characters*
previously mssing will appear in a few code snippets.
