Nope. Don't understand why ledger lines affect the overall staff size.
Look at the height of the staves - the new version is smaller.
These two tests were very crowded, and a tiny change to ledger line spacing
caused them to over flow their lines, so I changed the reg-tests to keep them
easily readable.
The explanation on the tracker issue is just below the images of the old
regtests.
