I suggest that such a command allows for a third, optional parameter,
which makes \addAt relative to the `rehearsalMark' property. For
example,
\addAt (4 3/8 17)
would add something four bars plus 3/8 after the 17th \mark.
No idea whether this can be easily implemented...
