OK: the LSR tarball now has snippets at 2.18.0 :-). However, this appears
to cause a further problem: snippets with say 2.14 syntax that was changed
(say) during 2.17 don't now appear to be updated. An example, one of the
diffs has this:
- \once \omit Staff.TimeSignature
+ \once \override Staff.TimeSignature.stencil = ##f
So it looks like this would have been updated by convert-ly, but isn't
because of the later version number of the snippet from the LSR. It looks
like the real solution may now be to update the snippets in the LSR with the
later syntax.
