When the documentation is compiled, we now get lots of errors about
missing Catalan translations from create-weblinks-itexi.py. Would any of
the translators be able to add a Catalan section to this script, and
complete the translations?

I see that the translations have now been added to the script, thanks.
However, there is still this in the script:

I don't understand well enough what this section does to update it, but it
seems that "ca" should be added to the list?
