I tried to update freebsd-x86::freebsd-runtime from 4.11 to 6.2. (It becomes same version as freebsd-64::freebsd-runtime.) https://github.com/trueroad/gub/tree/gcc-4.8 And, I executed 'lilypond test.ly' on 32-bit FreeBSD. Then SIGSEGV didn't occur and correct pdf was generated.
