It is. Export is quick (few minutes) as it doesn't export attachments. Import still takes 30-40 hours as it has to rebuild the DB, constructing the inverted index, and then copy over all the attachments across the network. But at least the two stage process is avoided, and the pre-defined searches are also copied over, so they don't have to be re-defined.
