File Documentation/notation/text.itely (right):

https://codereview.appspot.com/268780043/diff/1/Documentation/notation/text.itely#newcode1460
Documentation/notation/text.itely:1460: (alias of TeX Gyre Cursor).
I’d suggest using @itemize and being consistent with the order of
@emph{typewriter} and monospaced.
Also, forgive if I nitpick on English style: ‘which defaults’ and ‘an
alias’.

"
Three families of text fonts are made available:
@itemize
@item
The @emph{roman} (serif) font, which defaults to LilyPond Serif (an
alias of TeX Gyre Schola).
@item
The @emph{sans} font, which defaults to LilyPond Sans Serif (an alias of
TeX Gyre Heros).
@item
The @emph{typewriter} (monospaced) font, which defaults to LilyPond
Monospace (an alias of TeX Gyre Cursor).
@end itemize
