Yes. 2.19.84 is a prerelease to 2.20.0 made from the stable branch. It is miles behind the unstable branch that is going to see its first release of 2.21.0 comparatively soonish after 2.20.0 (which will not be significantly different from 2.19.84) has been released. -- David Kastrup
