And they do it correctly! Both in Austria and Germany most people no
longer know when to use the long s ('ſ') if typing stuff in Fraktur to
give something an old-fashioned look. Ditto for 'Zwangsligaturen'
(i.e., required ligatures that must always be present: 'ch', 'ck',
'st', 'tz').
Irrespective of that, using Fraktur for German hymn books has a
significant advantage: Much less horizontal space is needed for text
due to the slim letters.
