In a nutshell, this change makes tweaks stored using a dedicated music type in order to make them taggable. The change isn't very complicated, but does modify LilyPond in a somewhat deep way in that it introduces a new property to recurse over (in addition to elements, element and articulations) whenever doing recursive transformations on music.
