AFAIK, this is possible for Darwin and Linux, but I can't find a way for
Windows.
On Linux, for example, I do:

echo '\n' | sh lilypond-2.23.4-1.linux-64.sh --prefix somedir

(Any non-GUI alternative or work-around is acceptable)

This is for your Spontini editor, right? Honestly, now that
2.24.0 is out, I would not bother to offer convenient installation
of older LilyPond versions. Up to you, of course.
