This is https://gitlab.com/lilypond/lilypond/-/issues/6482 Using \displayLilyMusic, you can see that your music ends up equivalent to \tuplet 3/2 { s8 s } which is an unterminated tuplet.I expect that you need to fix something in your score to make tuplets correct, and the error will disappear.
