Are you willing to read the LilyPond Contributor's Guide and submit a GitLab merge request for review?  If not, we could create a ticket and someone would undertake it within the next fifty years, maybe.

One of the things you would be asked in either case is where this request is grounded.  Are these tunings just your peculiar favorites? Are they universally recognized among lutenists?  Are there other contrasting conventions?

I don't recognise any of those, although I think mine might simply be the second one transposed up a tone. I met lute music through playing classical guitar, and was told to just drop the g-string to f#.
