Current Lilypond Pipeline Issue
I'd like to return to the actual concern: is our workflow of automatically
integrating every contribution unless flagged by reviewers broken?
I wonder if we can be more clear about it since there are two implications
in this concern.

Thank you, Elaine, for drilling down and distilling the issues as you see
them. I feel like I understand the issues much better after reading your
email.
I particularly like that for both pipelines, you view reviewers' time as
valuable. And from what I have read about companies using agent-generated
code, the bottleneck has moved from coding to reviewing; and reviewing has
become much more difficult.
I find your suggestions promising as a starting path for moving forward.
I would also ask reviewers to be less strict about style standards etc
if the PR is a pretty self-contained extension.
Yes I get we want consistency, but if we have a way of accepting PRs
with "style concerns" etc, then good working code can be accepted for
later rework. And as I say, if it's standalone and never gets that work,
it doesn't impact on the core code.
Cheers,
