Your public email provider is Yahoo which is known for acting badly with mailing lists (managing a few myself). If there are more than a few messages from one address, Yahoo refuses them and “bounces” them back to the sender (list manager); the latter automatically disables your account after a few bounces.
Yahoo also tends to put smaller email providers on a blacklist (or they work with a blacklist service) that wants money for de-listing, according to my provider who doesn’t play along with that business model…
