Is it possible to notate a finger shift in lilypond.
Finger shifts look like

and means that you press the key with third finger - and then without
releasing replaces with 2dn finger.
If it's not possible I think the easiest way would be to add upbow and
downbow chars to the feta-nummer font so that one could just do i.e.
c_#'(finger "3~2")
prefarable, ofcourse, would be c_32
