Hmm, I'm sorry to tell you; but this is the source tarball. The
latest available precompiled lilyponds for windows are:
miktex based:
http://lilypond.org/gnu-windows/tar/lilypond/lilypond-1.4.9.uu1-1.tar.gz
experimental tetex based:
http://lilypond.org/gnu-windows/testing/tar/lilypond/lilypond-1.4.9.jcn4-1.tar.gz
1.4.10 will follow as soon as tetex for windows is ready.
