It looks like some cygwin program did not list its dependencies correctly. If this program is not lilypond.exe or guile.exe, you probably should complain to the maintainer of the program, at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Possibly you installed extra cygwin software? You can work around this problem by installing libintl1 and libpng2 from cygwin.com.
