Would someone mind explaining why this doesn't work (the slashed 'o'
doesn't print)?

b'2.^#'(columns "C" (super (music "accidentals-1")) ((overstrike "o")
"/"))

Similarly with this the '4' is never published:

e'2.^#'("Gma7" (super (music "accidentals-1")) "4")
