Is there any facility to produce "From Segno to Coda", or similar? I'm
using
s1^#'(text "From " (music "scripts-segno") (text " to ") (music
"script-coda"))
Futhermore, how to produce
From Segno to Coda Coda

------|| |------------
------|| (blank space) |------------
------|| |------------
------|| |------------
(I hope it is clear enough).
