The answer all depends on what changes you want to make.
A good introduction to the font changing commands of LaTeX
is to read section 6.2 of
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/info/lshort/english/lshort.pdf

For example, to get a larger font for the title, you could do
\header{
  title = "\\huge My title"
}

It is technically possible to include also many other kind of
fonts in a LaTeX document, but in practice it could be quite
involved, especially the first time you do it.
