Hi all,
Her I am again with my Debian PPC build errors, this time for LilyPond 2.1.27.
I included extensive information about my build environment, and useful output from the package build itself. Hints on a solution highly appreciated!

P.S. Please tell me if you think harassing the list like this with my build problems is inappropriate.
Since you have problems with the bleeding edge development version, I recommend to use the mailing list lilypond-devel instead or bug-lilypond if you think you have encountered a bug. The lilypond-user list should (at least in my opinion) be primarily devoted to issues on the stable LilyPond versions and to general questions on the program.
Anyway, your problem seems to be that your ghostscript cannot handle that particular .eps file coming from LilyPond+LaTeX+dvips. It might be worth checking if it's a known problem with that particular ghostcript version. I just tried the same commands on the same file over here and it works fine with GNU Ghostscript 7.05.
