I'm quite shure You mean:
\times 2/3 { ... } instead of \times 4/3 { ... }
After changing all the fiveteen 4/3 with 2/3 it seemed to work correct
on my machine. ;-)
Please notice the lilypond version in the future, then it will be more
easy to help. :)
