Another solution is just to reorder the voices in your
<<{...}\\{...}\\{...}>>:
<<{b2}\\{ c,!2 dis4}\\{ fis8([ g-0]) e[ b'-0] a[ g]}>>The reason this works is that the first voice get stems/slurs/ties... pointing up, in the second voice they point down. The third and fourth are like the first and second, respectively, except that they are offset horizontally in case of collisions.
