A few CVS revision before, I was able to excise any dynamics in the
midi output by putting:
\context {
\VoiceContext
\remove "Dynamic_performer"
}
in the \midi block. As of a very recent CVS update, this doesn't
appear to work any more. The resulting midi files are full of
controller 7 changes. How can I once again produce midi files
without volume changes?
