If you look at the Feta Font (this link might not work):

if that mess doesn't work, go to

and look at Appendix A.3


you'll see that a 16th note isn't a single character. A 16th note is made
up of a notehead, a stem, and a 16th note beam. I know that you _could_
stick them together somehow in LaTeX to make a single 16th note, but I
don't know how.
