The documentation of both the \voiceOne ... \voiceFour and
the \shiftXXX macros should be clarified.

For the moment, I think it's easiest to read the actual definitions
in ly/property-init.ly

The following commands specify in what chords of the current voice should be shifted: the outer voice has \shiftOff, and the inner voices have \shiftOn, \shiftOnn, etc.
