How can I display a "header" below the score?
I want some text to tell the reader to repeat the chorus
after each verse.
I've read through this page and tried various things:
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/notation/custom-titles-headers-and-footers
So I know how to add headers and subtitles above the score,
but not below
\markup \italic "Repeat Chorus again "
