With Cm^sus4 for <c es f g> I have some problems. 4 of cm is f - is it? But it is not suspended but f is added for the suspended f? Does that make sense?

<c es f g> I would call (always depending on the context) Cmadd4, F7sus2/C, D#6no5add2/C.

But C^sus4♭3 <for <c es f g> is not necessarily wrong (in my oppinion), as 3 (=e) is suspended and set f instead. b3 will be added -> b3 = es.

Always consider the harmonic context!!!
