It would be even neater to have a separate context
LargeTimeSignatures, which just has Axis_group_engraver and a
Time_signature_engraver, with appropriate font size settings. Then,
adding large time sigs is simply a matter of including
\new LargeTimeSignatures { \skip 1*60 }
in the score, and we could integrate the functionality in lily.
