title = "Star-Spangled Banner"
When I run Lilypond on the file, the title is "Star Spangled Banner"—where
the hyphen should be, there's only blank space approximately the width of an
em dash.
Have you tried doing "Star\-Spangled" ? I don't know if it'll work or not, but
that's the first thing I'd check.
My other issue is getting a copyright sign ("©", if my e-mail client works :-))
to appear in the copyright text. I currently have this:
copyright = \markup { \char #169 My Organization, inc. }
copyright = { \copyright My Organization, inc. 2004 }
