Yes, but there's a few other places too. I'll look into this.
No, page layout stuff belongs in \paper. The initial report just
missed what variables were listed and I was too lazy to look it up in
the documentation.
Ah, I see.
old -> new
\paper -> \layout
\bookpaper -> \paper
This will probably confuse a few people, but the new naming
scheme does make sense.
