Hi,

When I install lilypond on Ubuntu (following the instructions on the website i.e.
cd PATH-TO-DOWNLOAD-DIRECTORY
sh lilypond-2.18.2-OS-TYPE.sh
)
it installs two folders in my home directory, lilypond and bin. What's the best way to organise these? Should I just put the bin in the lilypond folder and move that to .local/share or /usr/share?

Thanks,
Peter
