I'm trying to build lilypond on a linux system (redhat 2.4.20-20.9).
Almost everything is ok, except the following. Where can I get the
file f7b6d320.enc. From looking around in the web it appears to be
part of tetex (which we don't have). I tried a make -k, and
installing what I had. I can get lilypond to process the files, but
then the postscript or pdf output has all the notes missing their
heads and tails (is that what cmbxti8 is about)? Any suggestions?
Where can I get the magical .enc file that I need?
mftrace -I ./out/ --pfa --simplify --keep-trying cmbxti8 && mv cmbxti8.pfa ./out/
mftrace 1.0.34
