In the case of slurs, searching for "lilypond slurs tweak", the
documentation that comes up describes how to tweak slurs relative to
text, not how to tweak the actual curves themselves.

You have to do some transfer of learning. It’s impossible to cover every
possible situation in which you might want to use an override. There are
sections on overrides, and on layout blocks, and on slurs, and there’s
the IR, and then our docs just work that way that you have to pick up
information from multiple places and combine it.
